General info provided and support to optimize the time in the structure and around it. Even the second entrance of the resort was not mentioned.

Very Good
All staff were lovely with no issues with language barrier, the facilities were lovely, good choices of food at the buffet, breakfast was very yummy. Beds were super comfortable, English satellite channels. Overall a good experience especially as a black family. Great location to explore the island and the many beaches which have a vast majority of restaurants and shops.
Cutlery definitely needs to be cleaner at the buffet (drinking glasses, plates and cutlery). Stains were visible as well as smudges.

Wonderful
Loved the spa and the swimming pool for adults. It’s a relaxing resort, everything is well maintained and clean. Abundant continental breakfast with freshly made omelette and juice stations.

What was the highlight of Elba Lanzarote Royal Village Resort
Really good complex with lots of facilities - great pools and good spa.
Hotel was a last minute booking due to a change of accommodation on a business trip. It surpassed my expectations in most ways. The room was very big and comfortable for the price, the facilities in the complex are more than adequate and although my purpose of travel is not normally the intended customer profile I did not feel out of place. The Spa facilities are quite basic but for the price I got a free voucher from booking dot com so it was a bonus to have access. The bar and restaurant staff were very friendly as well.
The configuration of the rooms mean that you're sharing a hallway with other guests, no issues during my stay but if you had noisy neighbours this could be a huge downside.
